The initiative aims to train 1000 new data professionals with our highly valued courses in Financial Modelling and Power Platforms to replace lost talent to the brain drain wave in the technology sector. These new data professionals who are fresh graduates from various universities across Nigeria or recent corps members are trained within 5 weeks to have the skills to excel in internship and entry level jobs in the data analytics world.

From about 1200 registrations received for the bootcamp, the participants were selected and filtered through a knowledge-based test to 400 participants who were given access to their indicated course interest to begin their journey into the world of data analytics.

For 5 weeks, all 400 participants utilized our training framework of a One-Week Online prework and 3 weeks Virtual Live Training and a 5-days physical training with a final selection of 40 participants for a 5-days physical training.
